SasuSaku- Part 2

SauSaku Road of Revenge, Bridge to Happiness- Part 2

  There he stood. Raven hair blowing throught the wind, face as pale as the lilies by the lake. His expression was blank as he stared in differently at them. His cold black eyes bore into her, but she couldn't turn away. 2 of his comrades stood next to him: Karin and Suigetsu. Naruto stared at Sasuke with hatred yet some kindness lingered in his eyes. Kindness that didn't want to believe what was happening.

  "Hello Naruto, Sakura...Sai," he said in disgust. "I hope you're ready." A cold smirk crossed his face, and Naruto lunged at him, eyes red with the Kyuubi's chakra. "SASUKE!" Sakura noticed Sauke's body spark with Chidori, as he drew his sword. "Naru-" but Karin had begun to attack her and Sai battled Suigetsu. Suddenly Sakura heard Naruto cry out, and she saw him clutching his head in pain as he fell to the ground. The Mangekyou Sharingan. She could feel its power even at a distance. Turning her back on Karin, she punched Sasuke in the back, but she held back some power, afraid to hurt him. Sasuke lost concentration on Naruto at Sakura's attack, giving Naruto a moment to collect his thoughts. He saw Karin move in to attack Sakura, so he jumped into battle with her.

  Sauske and Sakura's battle seemed to go on and on. Naruto, Sai, and their opponents fought their battle, but it was slowly being pushed elsewhere, until they were out of sight.

Suddenly, Sasuke's sword stabbed Sakura's shoulder, the one that had just healed. She fell on the ground, but let out a cry as she kicked his knees. His eyes widened, and as he recovered, she threw a punch with as much chakra as she could muster, straight at his chest. Sasuke crumbled to the the ground and Sakura dropped down her back against a tree.

"D-damn you Sakura," Sasuke muttered. Most of his reibs were probably broken. "This wouldn't have happened if you had come back. We could have avenged your family together," Sakura said softly. She tried to heal her shoulder, but with amazing speed, Sasuke jumped up and stood before her. Flame and Chidori surrounded the blade in his hand , as he prepared to stab her heart. She closed her eyes, and whispered, "Sasuke-kun."

Sneak Peek of Part 3

His arms tightened around her, not wanting to let go. He tilted her face up, and stared at her deep emerald eyes. He leaned down and their lips met. It was just a small, gentle kiss, but it lasted for them.
