SasuSaku: Forever Path part 2:

Sasuke laid on top of a boulder, trying to throw away his memories of Sakura. But he couldn't do it. Suddenly he felt 4 familiar presences, and sat up to see Naruto, Kiba, Shikamaru, and Sai.

  "How did you find me?"

Shikamaru said, "You moved slowly for once."

Kiba smirked, "And you smell really bad."

Sasuke looked at wear Naruto was standing, but he wasn't there. A fist slammed into Sasuke's face, sending him into a tree. He wiped away the blood trailing from his lips. Naruto glared at Sasuke and gripped Sasuke's shoulders.

"How could you? How could you do that to Sakura-chan??!!" Naruto growled through clenched teeth. At Sasuke's silence, he launched punches laced with demon chakra, hitting Sasuke, not caring if the Chidori hurt his hands.

Suddenly Naruto couldn't move. His shadow was connected to Shikamaru's. "Stop. Tsunade won't allow you to kill him."

Shikamaru let Naruto go, and Naruto's eyes reverted back to normal. "What makes you so different from Itachi?" he said harshly.

"What did you say?!" Sasuke challenged.

"WHAT MAKES YOU SO DIFFERENT FROM ITACHI??!! THAT'S WHAT I SAID!! ITACHI HURT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY! AND YOU HURT THE ONLY FAMILY YOU HAD LEFT! YOU HURT THE PEOPLE WHO CARED ABOUT YOU! KAKASHI! LEE! KIBA! SHIKAMARU! EVERYONE! YOU THREW US ALL AWAY! YOU THREW AWAY SAKURA, THE PERSON WHO LOVED YOU SO MUCH!! SHE'D GIVE YOU HER LIFE! AND YOU TOOK IT AWAY!!

Sasuke was shocked. Naruto's words opened his eyes. Instead of killing Itachi, he had become Itachi.

Shikamaru placed a temporary chakra wealer on Sasuke, and Sasuke reluctantly.
submitted. Tears streamed down Naruto's face. He couldn't speak anymore.

"You have to see her. We checked on her before we left," Sai said.

"There was no operation to help her. Her wounds were inside of her. Mind and heart." Shikamaru said.

"Sakura was destroying everything. Tsunade had to wrestle her down," Kiba said.

Sasuke whispered in a hoarse voice, "Please. Take me to her."

The journey back was not long. But it was quiet in the presence of the traitor. Even Naruto was quiet, but because of Sakura.

When they entered the village, when people saw Sasuke, Sasuke caught words like, "Traitor", "Disgusting".

They walked into Tsunade's office. Her eyes burned as she glared at Sasuke. "I will deal ith you later. You may be our only hope for saving Sakura."

These words brought panic into Sasuke. Save Sakura? In what way?

They went into the hospital, and opened Sakura's door.

In less than a secound, every inch of Sasuke was trembling. His mind went blank. His heart shattered.

His black eyes met black eyes.
